- 美赛没有哪个规则说不允许退费。网上也能找到退费成功的例子。
- 不让退费的，可能是代理报名方嫌麻烦或者想吞钱，而告诉你不能退，当然也有可能是不知道可以退。
- MCM可以退款，但是只能退到报名时的银行账户。如果学校老师统一报的名，如果能退回的话会回到老师那里，代理商的话会回到代理商那里。
我对上面那个链接里别人的信作了一点修改，原文是因为队友因为新冠病倒了，我改成了队内不合不能继续合作下去了。模版如下：

虽然是圣诞节，但是MCM的员工也非常敬业地上班了。
当地时间7:15，就给我们第一次回了邮件，然后大约一个多小时后告诉我们100美元的退款已经返回到了付款账户中。然后可能有1-2天才到账。
最终成功退款了。
